Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts should be less than 350 words and typed in the prescribed format.
The Title should be brief and in capital letters. Also state Authors Name, Institutional Affiliations, City and State.
Structured abstract should include:

For Original Studies: Title, Introduction (novelty, relevance), Objectives, Methodology, Results, Conclusion, References
For Case series/report: Title, Introduction, Case History, Discussion, Conclusion, and References

The presenter must be registered for the SESNatCon 2025
In case the abstract is for Award Paper please specify the same and submit certificate from Head of Department
Each postgraduate student can submit only one abstract for award paper and a maximum of 3 abstracts for other categories
Your abstract may be accepted for Award Paper, Free Paper or E-poster presentation as per the discretion of the Scientific Committee. The final decision will be intimated to you.
The last date for abstract submission is 31^st August 2025.
